Obituary for Elsie Valeski (Biondi)
SHELTON: Elsie (Biondi) Valeski, age 94 of Shelton, beloved wife of the late Stanley Valeski, entered peaceful rest on Wednesday, June 1, 2022, in Bridgeport Hospital. Born in Seymour on November 16, 1927, she was a
daughter of the late Angelo and Maria Biondi.
Elsie was raised in Seymour and graduated from the Seymour School System in 1945. She loved to travel, but especially loved Seymour and the surrounding communities, where she was a member of the Seymour, Derby
and Oxford Historical Societies.
Survivors include her loving daughters, Paula Valeski of Hamden and Maria Valeski Nisbet and her husband Jack of Seymour; daughter-in-law Dawn Valeski of Shelton, 2 adored granddaughters, Grace Nisbet and Lindsey Valeski and her fiancé Paul Hatzikostas, and her cherished great grandson Mason, as well as many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her son, Mark Valeski; grandson, Jordan Valeski; and siblings, James and Mario Biondi, and Laura Bengivengo. Services will be held on Saturday, June 4, 2022 at 11:30 a.m. in The Ralph E. Hull Funeral Home, 161 W. Church St., Seymour, CT 06483. Relatives and friends can visit from 10 a.m. until the time of services. Burial will follow in St. Augustine Cemetery, Seymour.
