Obituary for Charlene DeGeorge (Pepe)

SEYMOUR – Charlene (Pepe) DeGeorge, age 75 of Seymour, beloved wife of Milton DeGeorge, Sr., entered peaceful rest on Monday, April 1, 2019 in Griffin Hospital. Born in Born in Derby on March 8, 1944, she was a daughter of the late Charles and Leah (Harris) Pepe.

A retired hairdresser, Charlene worked at E.D. Adams Hair Salon for many years. She was a diehard NY Yankees fan, who enjoyed lighthouses, going to the casino and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.

In addition to her husband of 33 years, Charlene is survived by her loving children, Jesse Rallis of Seymour, James (Pepe) Brewer and his husband, Thomas Brewer of CA, Terese Ziemek and her husband Justin of ME, and Patricia Rallis of ME; step-son, Milton DeGeorge, Jr. and his wife Teddy of VT; brother, Charles Pepe and his wife Mary Lee of Seymour, and sister, Mary Auricchio of AZ; 11 cherished grandchildren and 1 adored great granddaughter, as well as several nieces and nephews.

Calling hours will take place on Sunday, April 7, 2019 from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. in the Ralph E. Hull Funeral Home, 161 West Church St. Seymour. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, April 8, 2019 at DIRECTLY 10 a.m. in St. Nicholas Parish Church of the Good Shepherd, 135 Mountain Rd. Seymour, CT 06483. Interment will follow in Seymour Union Cemetery.
