SEYMOUR, CT: Russell E. Warner, age 90 of Seymour, he entered peaceful rest on September 18, 2018; he was the beloved husband of Gladys (Miller) Warner. Mr. Warner was born October 31, 1927 in Derby, son of the late Clarence and Frieda (Kraemer) Warner, Ewen. He was a WW II US Navy Veteran. Mr. Warner was retired as a Buyer for the JC Penny Co. He was a communicant of Trinity Episcopal Church where he served as a Eucharistic Minister, and on various committees. Russell was a former employee of the Ralph E. Hull Funeral Home; he was a member of the Disabled American Veterans, and the David S. Miles Post 174 American Legion, Oxford.
Besides his wife Russell leaves his sons, Russell Warner, Jr. in CA, Garry Warner of Shelton, Dean Warner of Seymour, and Wayne Warner in R.I., a brother, Richard Warner in FL, 5 grandchildren, and 1 great grandson. A Graveside Service with full Military Honors will be held Monday at 11:00 a.m. at Pine Grove Cemetery, Ansonia. The arrangements are entrusted to the Ralph E. Hull Funeral Home, 161 W.
